I bought my combination lock to enable me to do research on a public library, or on an open environment, without the fear of getting my gear stolen. I got it to work once by resetting the combination and now it doesn't even allow that sequence. I'm taking it back today. Is it a one time deal? Are you suppose to put the word in during the reset operation? I have no idea. September 23, 2014
